I have Bias Fx mobile elite and Riff interface. When I tried to put the app on my iPad Air 5 , discovered that the cable that came with riff is lightning and the iPad only have usb-c. So I bought an adapter from lightning to usb-c. That doesn’t connect to the Riff. Emailed to the support and the answer was to watch the video they have showing how to connect everything. That didn’t help. Am I the only user with an iPad Air 5? Can anyone help? Thanks a lot.

Something to consider… When I purchased an iRigHD some years ago, I had a similar issue, and quickly discovered that not all cables and connector adapters are wired for data transfer. Many of them are only wired internally to support device charging and headphone operation. Unless the cable or adapter description specifically states it supports full data transfer, it probably doesn’t. None of the non-data items I purchased included any type of warning or disclaimer. After several iterations of ordering and returning cables, I finally got my iRig to work. I experienced similar problems finding USB-C adapters when I purchased my latest computer.
