App only shows hardware presets

It only shows Clean, Crunch, Hi Gain and Metal. It's missing Glassy, Acoustic and Bass. It used to have them all.

@dsevans93 I meant the app only shows 4 hardware presets, while my amp has 7.

Do you have a Spark 40 or Mini?The Spark 40 has seven ‘permanent’ internal Presets accessed by the left-most switch (labeled Metal, HiGain, etc.); the User can’t change these. Your four User defined Saved Presets on the Spark 40 are linked to, and accessed from the four Switch Button LEDs numbered 1 thru 4 on the right, next to the Headphone Jack and Music Volume Pot. The four Presets assigned in the Hardware Tab of the Spark App are downloaded to the Spark 40 and ‘assigned’ to the corresponding numbered Saved Preset Button LED. You press the appropriate LED to select the corresponding Preset.
I believe Spark Mini is set up differently; however I don’t own one, and can’t say for certain…

@dan-lawrence Thank you, it all makes sense now. Somehow I overlooked those preset buttons on the amp, I had been focused on the app.
