Scenes does not work for downloaded presets from ToneCloud

I tried both on Mac and Windows computers. I downloaded many presets with named scenes(for example rhythm, solo, clean) from ToneCloud. Switching scenes on those presets does not affect anything. Scenes of default presets included in bias fx 2 works.

Which version of FX2 are you using?

But I tried some old presets and they are not working, could it be a problem about old presets?
for example "DMO Ride the Lightning - Metallica - James Hetfield" includes many scenes and an old tone, but scenes doesn't work
I guess that it is a problem about old presets.
