BIAS FX LICENSE

I have problem whit license. I send e-mail to Positive Grid, but still wait for answer. I reinstall my Windows, and after that my BIAS FX is a Demo version, when log in in Tech Clod. But I payed for ptofesional. Any ideas how to resolve that?

They just replay me, but notify me about activation and deactivation for BIAS fx 2. I use Bias FX 1.

They have been doing the same to me. Thes guys are no help. I've had the software 2 months and haven't even used it.
