Your Customer Support experience

Use a Spark 40 all the time. Love it. It died last week and customer support has been the worst ever!! Still waiting for a support call from a human being despite email after email. Had the most inane live chat experience ever. Any suggestions for me? Any good stories about customer service?

@laurence-hesser They don't answer questions. They tell you to update firmware and reset the unit. My Spark 40 died after the year warranty was up. Luckily, I bought it from Sweetwater who extends warranties an extra two years and it cost me $20 to get it fixed and sent back to me.

@compman67 To my knowledge, our support team is growing and evolving while adopting new customer service practices along the way. With the shipping delays, we get support times may be much longer than desired, but we're working on perfecting escalation strategies and building educational content like FAQs and blog posts to decrease these times and communicate with our users better.
