Thanks for the feedback! We definitely see a gap in our content for software and will be making that a focus in the upcoming months!
Here is some clarity posts and removals:
Please make sure to review the rules and regulations in the Announcement section. Keep in mind any posts that are vulgar, hurtful, offensive, instigate arguments, or discriminative will be deleted and may result in that user being removed or blocked. Positive Grid has the right to delete any posts for any reason our admins deem reasonable.
As far as spam, we apologize for the influx of spam and acknowledge our lack of action to maintain a clean forum. As you may see, we're in the process of removing and blocking all spam from the forum (we're still catching up) but are continuing with daily maintenance to remove past and current spam. Since our forum is open to any users and not solely our customers, our forum software does not always detect spam appropriately. Please continue to flag all spam posts and we will remove them in a timely manner.

How do we flag Spam? A ticket seems to be the only method for users to contact you. Will you be creating a ‘Spam Button’ so we can start flagging it directly?
@dan-lawrence If you catch spam before we do, just click to the three dots on the bottom right of the post and click "Flag Post." You may flag users as well! !
We will be alerted of every flag and take appropriate action.

@posgridadmin Thank you for pointing out that to other users. Until today I have years doing it several times daily. Daily! Just this last week there was less spam, even from criminals that I had already reported.
@korkenknopfus Thank you so much for flagging, and we sincerely apologize for the delay and spam backup. It should be much cleaner moving forward, and we're working on more efficient ways to clear spam quickly!
