I have a Spark 40; however I’m guessing it’s similar with the Mini. You have to adjust the Reverb within the selected Preset using the Spark App. Then either ‘Overwrite’ or Save as New’ the Preset to capture the changes; then assign it to one of your four Saved Presets to the Amp.

The Spark 40 has a Reverb Knob; however it’s a temporary setting only. Adjustments aren’t saved, and are overwritten when you select a new Preset.

I’ve found most of the hardware and ToneCloud presets are really ‘reverb heavy’ for my taste; so I ended up having to do this a lot until I settled on my four practice presets saved to the Amp.

I usually have to mess with the Volume and Gain on the Preset Amp and Overdrive Pedal as well. The Positive Gain Presets on ToneCloud are pretty dialed in volume-wise. Other User-saved Presets are more problematic for me. Everyone has slightly different signal chains; so what they hear on their overall hardware setup is definitely not what I hear with my bare-bones rig.
