STUCK IN DEMO VERSION

I'm stuck with the demo version, i already purchased the software and there no way i can get out of the demo version, i uninstalled and installed the program and nothing happen, they email me and say i need to go to login tonecloud and this option in nowhere to be found, help please, I don"t even want to imagine how big the issues with this software are gonna be in the future if i ever stay instead claiming a refund and try amplitube or something else instead

@rex-progrock i did and there is no login tonecloud option, also in the upper left icon it sends me to what is on the pictures

THIS IS WHAT I GET AFTER LOGOUT, TO SEE MY NAME I NEED TO LOG IN AGAIN -
@rex-progrock Is the same email address, that's where i got their email to, and I have logged in and out several times and still got the demo version, I don't know what else to do, I"m thinking is something wrong with the software

@rex-progrock I DOWNLOADED STANDALONE VERSION AND STILL GETTING THE DEMO ONE, THE ONLY THING I GOT DIFFERENT IS I GOT THE BIAS ICON NOW IN MY APPS LIST AND DESKTOP

@rex-progrock AND ACTUALLY IS WORKING BUT I GUESS IS THE DEMO VERSION BECAUSE I'M STILL GETTING THE "DEMO" WORD UNDER MY NAME AND ALL METAL AMPS AREN'T HIGHLIGHTED
