With a brand new unit ,after connecting to my iPhone, I decided (without playing it live) to update the firmware via my Windows PC. It said successful, so I turned it off for the night as I was tired. Next day, no power, Pushed pair and power same time for 10 seconds, now 4 Leds blink repetitively. Sent a ticket, naturally disappointed.

Did you try a ‘hardware reset’? Other members have needed to perform a reset after a firmware update, even though it’s not in the instructions.

Having same issue with the 4 preset LEDs flashing. Upgraded firmware as soon as I received unit then used 3 times without any issues. When I turned it back on just those LEDs flashing. I did the reset and every other thing suggested in troubleshooting. My app was up to date - nada! Have also put in support ticket and wait with interest to see what comes next
