i recieved mine yesterday. it works so far. now i downloaded the spark app for android. when i press connect(while the blue bluetooth LED is breathing on the spark mini) the app searches forever and wont connect. i have no problem connecting other devices with my phone, also my phone finds the spark mini and can connect with it, but not via the APP.

      any help, any tricks?

I use an iPad/iPhone, and it occasionally take two or three attempts, depending on what I power up first. Not sure about an Android phone/pad.

Assume you’ve checked to see if other Bluetooth devices are connected and taking priority.

You might try skipping the ‘connect’ portion, look at the app settings and see if the app captured information about your amp (serial number, etc.).

Based on previous Forum Member issues, the Spark App is much happier with iOS devices than Android Devices; so Android Users may have specific suggestions or recommendations. Searching “Android” within the Forum may also provide some guidance.

@his0ka Several Android users have mentioned having location services on if my memory serves. You should have two Bluetooth connections, Spark Audio and Spark BLE - the first for audio (whether from the Spark App or from other apps) and the Spark BLE for Tone Control (changing the amp settings).

          Have you got both connected?
