Anyone receive a Spark mini - dead on arrival? Any fixes? I sent an RMA replacement request.

Received Mini - DOA. I've sent an RMA request, but wonder if there is a way to factory reset? There is zero power on this unit. Plugging it in - nothing. Totally dead.

I just got mine in the mail this morning. It powers on and sounds great as a mini amp, but the Bluetooth and aux inputs are not working.
The aux in will not play any sound at all.
When connected via Bluetooth (iPhone 13 Pro, iOS 15, as well as MacBook Pro) there is zero audible sound unless I turn it up to the max, and even then it's a barely audible, garbled, completely unusable sound (you have to put your ear next to the unit to hear anything).
Very disappointed... At least the amp part appears to work great so far. I opened a support ticket so we'll see what happens.
UPDATE:
I was trying to do a software hardware reset from the app, which was not working. The physical hardware reset (holding buttons, etc.) was the fix:

@chriscolonna i had the same problem got the mini delivered this morning and it completely dead. Did you find any luck hearing back from PG or fixing it?
