Bad Experience with Positive Grid

Horrible experience with Positive Grid. They cancelled my order. Never alerted me. I found out two weeks later, because I was making a separate inquiry about the order. They told me I had to create a new order. Refused to consider my ask to make it right (all I asked was they re-create an order for me because the price had increased). Then when I asked to provide me the link for their Feedback Survey they told me it was my fault it never came. Then they sent it, but closed the survey before I could use the link.
