    2nd Amp, still can't upgrade firmware

      I launch the upgrade tool, plug in the amp to USB, tool connects, but shows the wrong serial number. Also, fmwr update fails. Anyone else see this?

        Others appear to have had success loading an older firmware update into the amp and then going again. Multiple versions can be downloaded from the Help article.

          @broadkarnage thanks for the reply. But don't you just launch the firmware upgrade tool, and click to upgrade firmware? In other words I don't see where I can choose the version.

            @timsavage Actually, I want to download an older version of the updater tool... So what you said makes more sense. But I can seem to find where or how to download older versions.

              @broadkarnage I was finally able to get it updated to the latest version. However it's still showing an odd s/n that doesn't match the amp. Thanks for your help!

                @timsavage Glad you got it moved forward. That serial number issue is certainly odd! Not sure what to say about that part.
