POSITIVE GRID HAS GONE SILENT. WILL NOT RESPOND TO ANY OF THE METHODS I HAVE AVAILABLE TO CONTACT PG??? WHY DOES PG CONTINUE THIS VERY BAD BUSINESS MODEL. I ordered mine on March 2nd, the first day, as early as I could; I am now told mid-July. 6 f*&*ing months is pretty unreasonable, no matter what the excuse, At least we should get Bias Fx2 instead of just Bias Fx implemented in the firmware.
I have found an excellent alternative solution - a Roland Microcube (or Mobile AC) with a Mooer PE1 (or PE100 or Boss Pocket GT or GT-1) into the Aux in from the headphone jack (or use the guitar out in the PE1.)
The same thing with the Boss Street Cube 2 (with the Bluetooth module)
All of these sounds very good indeed IMO; and if the Spark Mini isn't markedly better it will be returned for refund immediately; and by then who knows what will be released from other vendors in the meantime?

I just got an email from Positive Grid saying they would probably be shipping my Spark Mini by the end of the month.

@chuck-keyser PG doesn’t give a fuck for anything. I am still waiting for the implementation of Celestion cabinets (that I already purchased) in Bias FX2 mobile, after two years. Greed is a bad thing.

And their forum is overran with these criminals scammers spammers every single day, just like the cheapest sites in the cheapest corners of internet, and they don’t care about it, although they are reported.

In the case of the MicroAmp, the frustration in waiting is because the product is so good. I think PG did a great job with the Spark, and the Mini will be just as excellent when it arrives; that's why I purchased it as soon as I could.
Nobody else has the same combination of features; as I said, I only wish they would implement Bias Fx 2 which would make it truly extraordinary.One of the reasons it is such an extraordinary value is because it is manufactured in China with inexpensive labor and production - with obvious repercussions from Covid - I trust them on this..

@chuck-keyser I trust, that I canceled my early bird. I trust that no matter how good the R&D is..., the company CAN'T get it together. In two years I've been supporting PG, every single product has been delayed, for every excuse possible. I trust there WILL be yet another delay. I trust that, I will only buy from PG again, either A, used, or B, when the product is for 'actually' for sale on line. The preorder option is something PG should ELIMINATE, it's now just infuriating. It's only a matter of time, that the delivery fails to happen, leaving a bunch of ripped off customers in the wake. They should have learned, improved, prepared( the absolute nonsense called covid has been dragging for 2 FREAKING YEARS), & the paltry 10k units pre-ordered so far, should have been ON HAND, with the release. ZERO IMPROVEMENT, 2YEARS= GARBAGE...I will just purchase my mini's when they HAVE THE UNITS IN HOUSE, spread the word....

@chuck-keyser yes, but that doesn’t explain why they aren’t keeping what they promised with the software. After two freaking years? COVID is not the excuse here. And they released more expansions in the meantime, they were bombing with the Jimi Hendrix freaking thing and they are not able to keep what they said. Coming soon “late June 2020” they said.
They are greedy. PG, you are greedy, you have good programmers but your business people are the worst trash. They are not even able to keep a forum free from criminals, like every decent company does.
