Customer support?

Hi guys, does anyone know if Positive Grid does live chat anymore for customer service? They said they do in an email, but provide no link and I can find it on the interwebs. No phone number exists. I can't get them to respond to my emails. My Positive Grid is broken and needs repair. Thank you.

I believe you open a ticket through the Spark App using Help. Haven’t had to do it myself; so no personal experience with response times. -
@dan-lawrence Thank you, yes, they finally responded to my emails, and all is well. The odd thing is they close their emails says "live chat service hours, Monday - Sunday 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST," but there is no evidence that live chat exists with this company.

It’s true. I seem to remember that, shortly after I purchased my Spark 40 you could access Chat and Help Tickets directly from the PG Forum Page. Then the links went dead. I think PG Engineering/Support has limited staff and quickly became overwhelmed. Chat disappeared and tickets required a registered Spark App account.
