Hi! I have 3 questions:
1. My Spark sounds like a weak/watered down version of the same patches Youtubers are using. Someone suggested resetting the Spark but this has not helped. Anyone else experiencing this? Any solutions?
2. How big role does pickups affect the tone with this specific amp? Can you hear the difference between cheap stock pickups and Seymour Duncan's for example?
3. There seem to be a big difference in the sound quality depending on which headphones you use with this amp (due to bass I assume). What would be the best choise? I heard the Presonus HD9 were good for this. Anyone tried the Sennheiser HD 200 Pro Studio with Spark? PG are selling those with this amp as a bundle. Any other suggestions?

@jn 1 & 2 might be related to some degree. Any decent drive sound will respond to the pickup and player, and will sound different. I am finding that with my Spark Mini and my friends Spark, some drive sounds suit certain guitars/pickups significantly more than others - this is the case in the physical pedal/amp world.
Recording using the USB interface rather than through the speakers may also be making part of the change you are hearing. I feel the speakers in the Spark 40 lack some upper mid 'bite' at times, and recording via the USB interface will mean the speaker response is taken out of the equation.
