This app is absolutely worthless, which in turn makes the amp absolutely worthless. It cannot hold a Bluetooth connection to save its life. Sometimes, it just completely refuses to connect at all and I have to fully reset the BT settings by holding down buttons when I turn it on. I have to do this at least one out of every three times I go to use the amp.

It will disconnect in the middle of playing and never let you know, so you dick around trying to change presets for 5 mins before you check that, oh yea, the app disconnected again. The Spark Audio routing is also rife with errors, works maybe 50% of the time as well.

I have tried this app on no less than THREE iOS devices, all on the latest version. The Spark has the absolute latest firmware update and the iOS app is also the latest version. Doesn't matter, still craps out regularly. I wish I'd never bought this amp. At this point I am through with it. I will see if I can sell it and I will stay far away from any Positive Grid products that require an app to work properly.

Works fine for me on an iphone 12 running ios 15.4 and several previous releases. Took a bit of persuading to get it recognized after the latest Spark fimware update. At this point I think I'll lay off firmware updates unless it's something realy compelling...if it ain't broke and all.
