      Hi

Like the tittle says Bias FX 2 in Protools is black. Won't load anything onto it. I've tried everything with no luck, even the new update didn't do the trick. Strange thing is that the standalone version runs fine also the Bias Fx 1 runs perfect. This is on Monterey and Protools Latest Version with Bias FX2 AAX . Anyone else seeing this ? Already talked to support and both time the issue was gonna be referred to the engineer team. :-/

      Thanks

I had this problem for Garageband on Mac running Monterey. I followed the instructions in this article : https://help.positivegrid.com/hc/en-us/articles/115003811646-Find-User-Presets-in-GarageBand

I had to search for the "Garageband" folder as it wasnt in my "Doucments" folder. But once i copied the Bias FX2 folder from my "Documents" folder to the Garage band folder.. the black screen finally loaded! Back up and running now.

I havent got protools to confirm though

I had to give it a second to load (maybe 2 seconds) before the Jimi background loaded and then i could sign in

                  hi guys !!

No Norton Icon here . Im going crazy with this ...support told me that the issue was sent to the IT team. But im waiting since the last update to this and it wasn't fixed with the last update neither !

Standalone FX2 loads fine and the Bias FX AAX too in Protools the issue is only with the Bias FX2 AAX in Protools.

Same problem here. Bias FX 2 @ macOS Monterey + Cubase 12.

Stand-Alone Bias FX works, VST plugin shows only black screen - so it's not possible to use the plugin properly any more due to the lack of changing amps, presets etc.

I'm tempted switching to NeuralDSP for the time being Bias FX 2 not stable enough (this happened in the last patch as well) and forces me to record w/o a plugin.

Thank you! Your link exactly fixed my problem. I had the same issue in macOS Monterey with Presonus Studio One. FX2 plugin showed only black screen, while AMP2 plugin actually worked - strangely. I moved the Positive Grid folder in the Documents folder to the Studio One folder which also resides in the Documents folder and that fixed it.
