      I have the RIFF and the BIAS professional. Everytime i quit using, i have to reinstall the driver in windows, restart PC, etc... Support just asks if i've downloaded the driver. yes, about 10 times now! i can get everything to work, but seems ridiculous to have to go through these steps. about to return the RIFF to amazon and get refund on software. anyone have similar problems, or potential solutions??

        @johnlogue1130 Hi, have the same problem, RIFF AND BIAS FX2 (elite) worked for 1 day, I activated the metal package and after that I did not work anymore. Tried everything, even completely reïnstalled my Windows, BIAS FX2, riff audio driver, tried asio4all, deleted FX settings, ..... Even got a brand new Riff and tested out today, same issue.... Not sure what to do now.
