Will I have to buy Hendrix bundle again for Spark Mini?
-
I have a Spark 40 with the Hendrix bundle add-on and the new Spark Control Pedal, but I actually wanted and in fact needed a battery powered version of the Spark amp when I was making up my mind whether to buy the Spark 40. And now here we have the Mini. I dearly hope the audio quality stands up the old Bose Soundink I hope to retire. That old poor old Soundlink has a dead battery, but it's no longer supported and can't speak modern Bluetooth. So enter the Spark Mini. A little late, but needed just on that count alone. It's too bad the app and control pedal won't control 2 Spark amps at the same time, but maybe you'll get a wild hair and figure it out.
So now that my second Spark amp is on the way (May be), will I have to buy the Hendrix bundle again? -
@cgil155 Excellent question, common sense would say "no" if you login with your regular user ID, but who knows how PG planned this.

@alphasportstv Nothing In the FAQ's or elsewhere is specific about it. And Positive Grid seems to have a knack for saying a lot while not saying things. Try to find mention of the AD conversion format. It's 16bit/44khz and no option to change it, btw. Enter the RIFF interface & BIAS software. Anyway, the Hendrix code has gotta be tied to the app, not the amp. It is after all, an "in app purchase", and should work no matter what Spark amp it's talking to. If we have to buy it all over again for adding a Spark Mini to the stable, there may be riots and mayhem in the streets!

No, you won't have to buy the Hendrix pack again. It's tied to your email address and part of the app when you log in.
