Where's my amp?

Shipped my spark back on 2/7/22 for repair of a popping sound every time the amp was turned off. Got an email a few days later telling me my amp was received and it would be returned with 10 business days. No amp yet! I've emailed and chatted with PG folks but nobody seems to have a clue. Anyone got any suggestions on how to get this amp back ASAP? thanks

Good Luck !! Their Customer Service and responses SUCK. No one there seems to have a clue regarding shipping status of anything. Their answers are always general time frames. ie: 'working on it', ' should be shipped soon' etc. Never a definitive answer.
Positive Grid , if you're monitoring, get your act together.
