Positive Grid Riff connect with Ipad Pro 2020

What is Included with RIFF
Micro USB to USB-A cable to plug RIFF into your computer
Micro USB to Lightning cable to plug RIFF into an iOS device
Free copy of BIAS FX 2 LE software
So there is no micro USB to type-c cable to connect my ipad pro to Riff. Riff does not compatible with Ipad pro?

The micro-USB configuration is baffling to me.
But you CAN buy either a USB-C to micro cable or USB-A to micro cable on Amazon for about 6 bucks.
I'm guessing it's compatible, and if not - return it. But I think the issue is that they simply didn't include a C to micro cable.
Dumb IMO, but easy enough to work around. I have other gear that uses micro or lightning - but all are older than RIFF.
And since RIFF simply seems like a Spark with one knob and no speakers (Don't know if it uses Bluetooth, but if not it's likely to die a quick death) I'm not buying one until I read some kind of description demonstrating the differences from/advantages over Spark.

Cautionary Tale from a non-RIFF owner:
Read the Amazon cable description carefully before buying! I went through a similar problem with a new iRIG. Turns out some conversion cables/adapters are wired for charging only - data transfer contacts are not wired, making them useless for non-charging applications. I eventually found that if the title/description doesn’t specifically state that it’s a “data” cable/adaptor, it likely isn’t.
