      While trying to update firmware, everything went south. The 4 four preset lights and tap button are blinking, continuously. Bluetooth not working, and the amp no longer functions. It is just a box with blinking lights.

        @patrick-d-ryan where can I find the new firmware update I got a notification but then I closed it and can't find the new firmware anywhere can you please help me find it? I hope your spark is ok after the update

            @patrick-d-ryan does it show "connected" when you load the updater utility? If so try the updater again; failing that try the hard reset procedure:

            • power off
            • press and hold Tap button, then power on
            • release tap when it starts blinking (stupid, you need to see thru your fingertip!)
            • as soon as Tap blinks, press and hold until all 4 preset LEDs light once, then release
