I purchased Bias Platinum some time ago. After wiping my PC and reinstalling, I'm hit with this message that I'm in Demo mode even though I have an active license on my account.

I've emailed support but have gotten no answer.

        Friend,

Too drink to drunk to give coherent advice, but uninstall the thing completely.
Go to your main user's directory and into Documents. Delete everything Bias relating to the specific software that has failed.

Do a run on "regedit" to get you into the registry editor..
        Go to HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE
Go down the tree and delete everything under PositiveGrid.
Restart computer and reinstall the software. Activate online and you should be good to go.

        Best,
        John

@brahma Appreciate you taking a moment from your sips to lend a helping hand. Unfortunately it did not work. I think I may have run out of activations and need PG to reset my account or something. It's unfortunate that they don't offer this from our account settings on the website like everyone else in 2022.

Ouch... Sorry, and activation limit seems to be the problem. Otherwise cleaning out the clutter in the two areas can solve a lot of install and activation blocks. In the past, had the same dead end and PG quickly responded and reset the authorizations. Hope you get things running soon.

@brahma That's okay. I don't use it regularly. But this weekend was one of the few times where I've got time to sit down and play. It's a real bummer right now.
