BIAS FX 2 Custom Presets are gone

My BIAS FX2 custom presets no longer exist. I have not used the software in maybe 8-12 months but upon logging in today, all of my favorites and custom presets that I spent months perfecting have all vanished from my user banks. Even the downloaded presets from Tonecloud that were from other users are missing from my user banks.

Anyone have a resolution or any help they can offer?

@jordan my custom presets are vanished too. I dont know why nobody have same problems.like us. Im not use BIAS FX2 much often, but this is crap. I`m also disappointet to log in every time i start this Programm. Running updates with Bias is quite like in the 90th. Other software updates by itself.
