Are there any humans that work for positive grid?

I'm convinced that either 1)There are zero human beings working here and the whole place is ran by robots (try getting ahold of customer support) OR 2) They blatantly give zero fs about their customers, and would rather have the worse reputation for customer support in the music industry than to actually try to make things right after people hand them money. I'm HOPING its robots but who knows....

What happened to Caitlyn? She was very responsive and helps around the time of the Spark Control launch. Looks like that was a customer service experiment that has been discarded.
In fairness, although I haven't needed them in a while, I've always had very thorough help after opening a ticket. Sometimes very sporadic but I've never been dropped once an issue has been acknowledged. YMMV. -
Their customer service is abysmal. I've been getting the runaround for nearly 2 months trying to return the POS Spark Control I bought from them. There is zero follow up. It's as if they're just waiting it out to see if you give up and keep their junky pedal. It's been 10 days since that POS arrived back at their warehouse and I had to contact them AGAIN to ask where my money is. Although I like my SPAR AMP, I'll never buy another product from them again. Truly awful customer service.
