How long before customer service responds to a ticket after the 'received email'?

I'm curious how long it takes to get traction on a ticket. I just got a unit (the spark amp) at the beginning of the month and it is bricked after installing the 1.5.4.102 firmware for the Jimi Hendrix upgrade. So I re-tried installing and opened a ticket. From the support, crickets so far...
Do they answer their tickets? How long until they do?

@eric-marshall I'm in the same boat Eric. I have a different problem than yours but logged a support ticket on Saturday 5th and like you, I've not had any response :(

@eric-marshall Have you tried the installer floating around these forums that people have been sharing? It fixes the issue for most people, don't wait for PG support to reply they take forever.

It took about two weeks for my easy ticket. Still haven’t heard for my tricky ticket. I found engagement with support through chat worked much much faster! That is same day or next day responses. And it worked - my amp is unbricked. They sent .bat file that worked.
