No playback sound from Spark amp in Studio One 5 with Positive Grids USB (ASIO) device selected if Device Block Size is 64 samples or lower. 128 above works fine. Sound through computer speakers work fine.

In Studio One 5 "v184.108.40.206413" on my Optiplex 3030 with the "PositiveGrid_UsbAudio_v4.80.0.exe" installed and selected, changing the "Device Block Size all the way down to 8 works just fine.
In Studio One 5 "v220.127.116.11116" on my AlienWare X51 with the "PositiveGrid_UsbAudio_v4.80.0.exe" installed and selected, I get no audio out of Spark amp if "Device Block Size" is 64 or lower. 128 and above works fine. Interestingly, If I exit Studio One 5 with "Device Block Size" set to 64 or lower and close "Studio One 5" I get no audio out from the Spark amp. So, by going back in to Studio One 5 and changing Device Block Size back to 128 or above everything works as normal. Very strange.
I had v18.104.22.168413 on my Opti computer and installed that on my AlienWare system. No change and same issue as before. So it's not Studio One 5. it must be the Positive grid USB ASIO driver.
Also, I noticed on the AW computer the volume slider has no affect for the Spark amp.
What are HW requirements to get this to work?
⦁ Optiplex 3030 - Win10 21H1 OS build 19043.1466 (lastest OS ver), CPU 4 core Intel i3-4160 - Studio One 5 v22.214.171.124413 - works fine.
⦁ AlienWare X51 - Win10 20H2 - OS build 19042.1466 (1 older OS ver) - CPU 8 core Intel i7-2600 - Studio One 5 v126.96.36.199116 - does not work below 128
⦁ PositiveGrid_UsbAudio_v4.80.0.exe ASIO driver
