      I've searched for the right place to ask this question. I hope this is it.
      I purchased a Spark on 11/28/2021. When I did not receive it by Christmas I contacted support. They took a long time to respond and tell me FedEx lost the amp and they were sending out a replacement.

      As of today, 2/3/2022, I still have not received it and support has not responded to any of my questions since about mid-January. There appears to be no way to call anyone. Is there something I'm missing on how to contact them? The Live Chat link is to a bot, not a live agent.

      I cannot get anyone to respond to my queries so I'm looking for suggestions and/or whether others have had this experience. At this point, I just want the amp.
