      Hello All,

I am building a new computer system and first cab off the rank was/is getting Pro Tools to work correctly, a real fracking pain and caused more money to go flying out the Window. Now I am up to trying to get ProTools and BiasFX2/Amp2 playing nicely together.

So, to do that I got the installers for both programs put them on the computer and did the deed. Afterwards after trying for a bit to get them working for a bit, as an insert in Pro Tools, logging in and all that Jazz I was informed that I was only using a Demo version and was a little taken aback.

Do, I have to pay for out another lot of money for another professional license to use this software on the new computer? Because it will soon be going to the big-recycler in the sky as soon as the new computer is fully operational.

      Thankyou and Regards.

I assume you are logged into tonecloud.

Are you using a windows PC? if so.....

When BiasFX2 was stuck in demo mode for me, I had to allow access to BiasFX2 through the firewall.

Yep, logged into ToneCloud on Win PC. My very, new computer doesn't have a firewall/virus protection set up yet. It may have Windows Defender blocking it - if it is I'll try disabling it and see what happens.

          Thanks for responding.
