Delete Songs from Recently played
-
I have requested many time that someone from SPARK explain to me how to delete songs from 'RECENTLY PLAYED LIST" on the SPARK Amp. As I may have multiple songs of different versions/artists, I may not want to keep all of them. It has to be possible to select single items from that list and delete. At the moment there is only a CLEAR ALL area. This is on no help whatsoever, as I have over 200 items in my recently played list. I want to delete duplicates and not longer wanted items, not all. How hard is this to fix? I am also aggravated that there is now way to sort, (Date, or Alphabetically) Great AMP, sorry and incomplete and non intuitive software. Sorry SPARK, you have many shortcomings.

Unfortunately, you are correct in your assessment of the Spark App Music section. Consequently, I seldom use it. For serious practice, I use the AnyTune App for Songs/Backing Tracks and Ultimate Tabs App for more reliable chord/lead information. Less frustration. The best you can get within the Spark App is to save the songs you want to your ‘Saved Songs List’ under Menu. You save the the song/backing track by clicking on the ‘Bookmark-type Icon’ in the top right corner of the song page. You can then view, select and play the songs from the Main/Amp Menu>Saved Songs List. You access Menu using the lower left corner icon on the Spark App main amp page.
Songs are listed in the order they are ‘saved’, with the most recent at the top. No sort capability; however at least you can control the size of the list.
In my opinion, the Spark 40 Amp itself is well worth the amount I payed; the Spark App (and hokey amp firmware update routine) is just a frustrating distraction. 95% of the time, I plug in, turn on and play. I don’t bother turning on the Spark App unless I want my songs/backing tracks to play through the Spark 40 itself; I get everything I want from the four Saved Presets.
