Riff with logic pro

Unsure where to put this
Got my Riff in yesterday. Trying to use it with Logic Pro instead of dragging out my Presonus 24c
Plug in riff. Macos sees it as audio device. Start logic. Set it as the audio interface. Spinning wheel. Left for 30 minutes. Still spinning wheel. Have to force quit logic. Have tried this multiple times and same result every time
Seems there is an issue with the riff as my presonus works perfectly.
