RIFF HELP!!!!

I purchased Riff. Downloaded Bias2 and upgraded it to Professional. I cannot get any sound except a dry, unprocessed sound. When I go to audio settings on Bias, it will not allow me to select Positive Grid USB device. It states that none is connected, even though Bias says that Riff is in fact connected (a dialogue box pops up when I plug in Riff). Support is no help and keeps referring to the instruction manuals for both which I have read and followed. I am using Windows 10 64 bit and I have Asio4All installed. So basically I cannot use any of the amp models
