PG when are you going to fix Bias Amp 2?!! It is super buggy always crashing and doesn't startost of the time!! I had to do multiple restart and change to 44 khz for it to work! And for it to work I need to start it after I open my laptop! And if I close it it won't open anymore until I restart again! And when I using my bias mini it crashes most of the time!

@hezetabry I use Amp 2 nearly every day, and have it on 2 laptops and one PC. No issues here, so I'm thinking you have something else going on with your laptop. Could be a driver issue, display and/or audio.

@myxolydian my drivers are all updated and I just reinstalled a fresh copy of windows! Bias amp 2 has always been playing up for me especially when I have my bias mini connected!

The funny thing is it only happens kn standalone! If I am using my DAW it works!

Obviously, putting in a ticket with support is key.

Crashing does not seem to be a known issue of the software. With you doing a fresh install of windows, I that narrows it down to a conflict with some software, or some hardware issue.

As you wait for support to respond, I would collect and look at what the Operating System logs are showing. If there is a subtle hardware issue, you can find signs in System logs.

I have been one of the loudest voices calling out Positive Grid for their technical failures, but this sounds like you could have some other things going on.

I hope they get to you soon.
