      My wife purchased me are you spark 40 amp for Christmas 2019, and it has gone wrong. I have sent many emails to the required technical department (support@positivegrid.zendesk.com), and five days later I am still waiting for a reply. all I want to do is post my amplifier back to be repaired, but it seems to be beyond the wit of man to assist me. the service, so far is non-existent.

        Whomever is in charge of their hardware division needs their employment reconsidered.. :( I know they are working to try to fix things.. But it is a little late... You don't go for the fire hose after the house has already burnt down..
