      After the unboxing i've tried to use the amp but the sound doesn't coming out from the guitar and from the App using as bluetooth speaker. I've tried a lot of things, tried to update at latest FW version, factory reset etc. etc. but with no success. I'm so frustated.

      Thanks if anyone could help me, i've also sent an email to PG support but still waiting.....

        @scdgpp we’re all in the same boat. This is a terrible company. We’ll be waiting a long long long time before they condescend to answer us. You can’t even call them. They take your money and then ghost you.

          My Pearl was exactly the same as yours, tried many times to update the firmware to no avail.

          His fix actually brought mine back ok and up to date..
