I will start bombarding their social media accounts with bad reviews and asking where their customer support is. I have received 1 email from these clowns which was unhelpful and have not heard back in 6 days. What a joke. I suggest anyone having any issues do the same.

@nil_control way ahead of you mate. The bombardment has begun. They still don’t seem to care. But their treatment of customers deserves a social media campaign to raise awareness and at least stop others falling into the same trap. But perhaps if more of us take to social media it will wake them up.
