So brand new out of the box yesterday and I plugged in my guitar, went through some presets and all was sounding good. Then tried to use the iPhone app.
First thing I was told was a firmware update was needed. So I followed the instructions (not tricky for an IT guy) and it completed successfully. Only nothing worked. No sound from anything.
The only support instructions I see are to retry the update. Well I must have run this at least 20+ times and it still doesn't work.
I've raised a ticket with PG and am waiting to hear what they say.
Not impressed with this.

@tony-breski I mirrored exactly what happened to you. I lodged a support ticket on the PG website. A tech named Eric got in touch and provided a code fix for the firmware. It took two iterations to get it working but It fixed the problem for me. I suggest you go down that path for a MacBook.
