no sound

Received 2 days ago. Unable to play any sound via guitar or bluetooth. No problems with bluetooth connectivity. Firmware is up to date.
Ive tried factory resets, bluetooth resets and reconnections and reupdating the firmware. Nothing works. No answer from Positive Grid via email or instagram.
Spent $ on a lemon. Writing up my zero star review as we speak

@zeteeto If this happened after the firmware update try and update again using this link. It worked for me but I did have to execute the .bat file and NOT the .exe file.

@nil_control Are you using PC or Mac? If PC then did you install the windows asio file first? I'm not sure about Mac's.
