My spark arrived this pm. Updated software, plugged in and nothing. Guitar works on another amp but not the Spark

@n-mcandrew Yep same thing happened for me just now. used it out of the box from and was great as amp and bluetooth audio, went to use the app which requested firmware update and from then no audio out . Lodged a support ticket

Same here, Spark Pearl arrived today, first thing I did was to update the firmware but I get no sound at all whatever I do (tested with a bass, a guitar, 2 cables, reupdated the firmware multiple times also with 2 different cables - on Windows 10).
Mine doesn't even output any sound as a bluetooth speaker.Support ticket created.

Ok so it's now "working" after I reverted from 1.5.4.102 to 1.2.3.37 (I believe that was the version my unit shipped with) using the link in this reply: https://forum.positivegrid.com/topic/6148/spark-not-working-after-firmware-upgrade/23?_=1638374866872
It's now working correctly as a speaker and also as a proper amp although it doesn't work with my Line6 Relay G10 wireless system, so I will have to put up with a cable for now.

Had the same thing happen to me. Unfortunately, even after the Firmware Update with Logging completed (snippet of the logs below), it still wont work. Currently pending feedback from their support team.

@cjouineau Can you check the firmware version again that it is indeed 1.2.xx.. I did the same logging update yesterday but it was still 1.5xx . or does that mean the firmware update didnt work. I assume you're again unable to use the app as the app requires 1.5.
Elsewhere in these posts someone has written that running the 1.2 firmware update got it working again but i dont have access to that firmware version anywhere

@nck-chrst I confirm it is back to 1.2.3.37, even if I check using the latest updater. And the app (Android) does work.
