Spark not working after firmware upgrade

Try this firmware upgrade. Support sent it to me and it worked after my device was a brick. Remember to have all the ASIO drivers installed on your PC first.

Amazing, this just fixed it for me when nothing else would - thanks!

@andrew-jones Thanks for this...it worked and got my mute Spark back to life. If only the support desk would give out this more quickly. My ticket is still being 'looked at' after I was asked to supply a video of the problem. Lesson learnt. Keep your firmware upgrades to yourself PG!

@andrew-jones thanks for this. Followed the instructions you guys posted here and it finally works. Luckily only took me a couple of days since I got my Spark40.

@andrew-jones At last! This one fixed it thanks. Why the hell isnt this fix included in the public release Firmware update tool FFS! 2 days of my life I wont get back
Thanks again...

@andrew-jones After many hours of attempts and frustration trying to get the new firmware installed this upload file worked for me. In my situation I had to use the .bat file. The .exe file would not work. Thanks for sharing Andrew.

Same story, same result. I bought my PG Spark Pearl 24th of November via the site (there is no sales in the Netherlands) and it came, against all odds, very quickly, so kudos thare PG!
But... To use the package I bought together with the Spark, I had to upgrad the device first. OK, no big deal for me, I do this sort of stuff all the time being an IT expert.
I followed all the steps indicated, including updating the Windows driver, and the app indicated the upgrade was successful! Like we say in Holland, shitting without pushing, very EZ.
At least, that was what I thought. Eager to hear the new sounds that would be unlocked, I connected my guitar....
Well the rest is known to you all. What I do not undstand, is, that when this is a know issue, why don't they publish the solution (including the file needed etc.) on the site as well. That would save them a lot of headache, and it would reduce significantly the size of the angry mob that is willing to eat their liver alive....
If you guys from PG are reading this, please heed my advice! Do something, and don't let us wait for weeks, months, after filing a ticket.... It might show in you sales see.... just saying...

@sheridan-dane Hi Did you get anywhere with your spark amp? I have the same problem and would like to find out if PG sorted it as it seams to be a common problem.
