So I am currently using the latest version of Reaper on Windows 10 and I have an issue when opening Bias FX2.

The issue I have is when Bias FX loads it only seems to render the Bias FX on the size of the pop up window and so the right hand side and bottom of don't show up. Even if I drag the pop up out it does not resize it and the plug in just stops halfway through the window and there is just empty space from the plug in to the edge of the pop up.

Basically, only part of the plug in is rendered even if I change the pop up window size.

I have tried the whole resizing up and down in preferences but nothing has changed.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Play around this the Advanced IU/System tweaks area - that fixed my similar problem with 4k monitors.

Did you have a fix on this issue? Facing same issue but no response from anyone and couldn't find this topic troubleshooting.

@essieford1981 So I have used the above fix and set the HiDPI modes to various different things. The ones that seemed to work best are DPI ignorant and Unaware. The issue is that it reduces the resolution of Reaper and makes it slightly difficult to read things but it is still manageable.

Honestly it's appalling that I paid money for something that does not work as intended and I have had to change some settings in order to get it to work when even positive grid say that it is compatible with reaper.

Yep. It spretty much rendered Bias FX unusable in plug in mode without degradiing something else. Lets hope they fix it before I end up too wedded to one of the other vsts I own. I guess Reaper is just not a priority enough for them to include in any of their pre release testing models :(

@colin_flynn If you make sure that the BIAS FX2 window is set to Standard before you load Reaper, it will display correctly. You can then resize the BIAS FX2 window inside Reaper and it will display the updated size properly. This issue is more to do with the way Reaper renders plugin UI's in its own wrapped window. I'd take it up with them instead.

Thanks. That worked but only when I set it to something OTHER than Standard. i.e 175% but thanks for guiding me in the right direction. I can stop gnawing my desk in frustration at last!
