I have the same HUM issue. I have tried different guitars and leads. I do believe its a power supply problem. My other BOSS MKII amp doesn’t have the hum. Plugged into the same wall plug using the same leads and same guitars.

Buy a new power supply from aliexpress
@tennisadam1 Thanks tennisadam1. I have one of those from my old laptop! I’ll give it try. But it still doesn’t alleviate the fact that PG are trying to dodge their responsibilities to their customers.

@michael-rafferty get in touch with them they'll send you out a new 3 pronged power supply
@crystalpit Hi crystalpit Yes I have been asking for a new power supply since March!!!!!! Each time I just get the same BS “ sorry to hear you are having problems” blah blah blah. “Please answer the following questions” blah blah blah
I even sent an email recently with a photo of my ASUS power supply which has solved the problem. I have explained I have tried 3 different leads, 3 different guitars. Different power outlets. IT IS THE POWER SUPPLY. As evidenced by the lack of hum when the ASUS pwr supply is used.
The result: A request for me to send a video I.E. waste my time showing them the problem that they already know about. Is my time not worth paying for!
The ASUS pwr supply fixed the problem thanks tennisadam1
I informed PG support that the ASUS pwr supply immediately fixed the hum issue and asked them to send me new one. They replied still asking the same pro-forma questions and a video of the problem ……. WTF!

@michael-rafferty This right here. Customers are providing customers solutions in the forums.
This is what any 1st world tech support org picks up on in their forums. The thing that could fix everyone's problem.. If they even cared.
I think Positive Grid won their support team at a cheap carnival somewhere.
No matter what good they do, their failure to cover the basics makes willful contempt for the customer.
"We really don't care enough to supply the most basic support to our customer. You can just wait, and feel lucky if we choose to fix your issue in a patch."
I have a love hate relationship with the desktop software.. But your experiences has sealed it for me.. I will never buy hardware from this company.
I feel like a junkie, because I can't stop buying the expansions.. But not taking the hardware path.. I have a Fender 120watt 2x12 modeling amp I jack into anyway ..
I will never own a Spark..
Thank you for sharing your experience and information. We seem to be all we have support wise. There is no functional customer support "known issue" data base for use.. Their support is a laughing stock..
