      Bling for your Spark Control pedal!!!

      Like most people, I usually play my guitar & Spark amp in the guest bedroom or in the living room….in my socks. So, adding some Barefoot Buttons (V2 version) to my Spark Control pedal made a world of difference in comfort, unless you like the feel of pointy sticks underfoot. 🎸❤️

          @dan-lawrence I use these on all my foot pedals and love them. You can purchase these from Sweetwater, or directly from the nice man in Hawaii who manufactures these great products...

              @jonrdamesr The biggest differences are:

              It's playback control. For YouTube videos you can Play/Pause, Rewind 10 seconds, Speed, jump etc.

              Since it's made by us, it will always work with updates and new expansions (for example, Airstep doesn't work with our Hendrix pack.)

              I'm sorry, what does this mean that the Airstep doesn't work with the Hendrix pack?

              I just bought the Airstep SPK before you announced your own pedal, this is the first I'm hearing that it isn't fully functional. Am I going to have to return it?

                looks like if i ordered one right now it would ship in Jan.
                any estimate when mine will ship, which batch im in?
                thanks!

                  @djfusion Hey! You shouldn't have to return it, it's just that we can't always guarantee that third party items will work with all of our software, isn't something we intentionally planned for. As far as I know, the Hendrix pack (which is an additional purchase you can get with Hendrix pedals and gear) is the only thing that doesn't work with that product.

                    @ncnoman Hi there, looks like we've been experiencing some delays with inspections (I know not ideal, and wish I had much more info for you). You should have received an email today with an update on shipping times, but also feel free to reach out to customer support with the specific inquiry, they'll be able to search your order number. I'll let you know if I get any more specific info!

                      General Question: the ‘Help Center’ and ‘Customer Support’ links displayed above don’t seem to work on either my iPad or PC, and the ‘PositiveGrid.com‘ link returns a “link doesn’t exist” message.

                      Have these links been disabled? How would I contact ‘Customer Support’ if I needed to?
