Well, here I am again.
After complaining about the limited Flanger settings, the naming scheme of their product lines, the spam sales pitch in everything, the contempt support shows to people experiencing issues..
But here I am, just bought the Metal expansion. sigh
I bought the Acoustic explanation while being mad at Positive Grid too..
Bottom line, I have never been able to play with as many different sounds before. The software is amazing, I am hooked.
I wish I could say their support knew how to conduct themselves in a professional manner. I wish I could recommend them to my consulting customers, but they are just too chaotic..
I don't think I would buy a Spark, not at all, not until they have proven they can fix all the issues they have now.
I promise, I will never buy a spark while they don't even have a person answering basic questions in their own forum.
Proper use of forums can drive over all support costs down. A forum can be a "known issue" identification system, when used correctly.
I only need the desktop software..
Looks like I will be buying the Bass pack before I am done.
Unless positive Grid finds yet another way to make me feel like they don't care about anything but the money.
I never would have thought that you could buy "Elite" tier of any program, and then have another 5 expansions to buy. Elite my butt...
