Poor android performance

Should have sent this amp back after a month. The lag on this thing is rediculous - all the troubleshooting in the world hasn't reduced the bluetooth lag using smartjam. Presets are a mixed bag - on some, the audio skips and cuts in and out as I'm playing and I have to turn my guitar volume knob way up to get anything like usable audio. Customer support just tells me to read the FAQs. I'm thinking I need to just can this amp and get a reliabile modeling amp from fender or boss. Anyone have any other suggestions?
