After attempting the update on a Windows 10 PC, the Firmware Updater says: Firmware updating failed.
Just left with 5 blinking red lights on top.
      Help!

@jktikkanen Ive been fighting this for the last 4 days with no resolve. When I open a ticket or do live chat, I get the very helpful "Have you tried restarting your computer?" "Have you tried a different USB port" all of which I put in the initial ticket. After about 5 minutes of chatting,

I then got "Please make a step by step video of yourself doing the updating process"...

So yeah, they've been a big help...

I tried to update to firmware 1.5.4.102. I get a message saying firmware updating failed. Now I have 5 blinking lights and can't even do a factory reset. I have followed all the videos and tried all suggestions, and my amp still doesn't work. Help!

@mark-wagner go on chat. They have a new firmware version. I had the same problems as you. The new firmware did the trick. I spoke with Benjamin, he was very helpful.

@lkibanoff Go on chat. (Only certain hours) but 7 days a week. Benjamin emailed me a new firmware version and it worked! I was ready to throw the towel in.

@gary_hutchings I was given a new firmware version that solved my problems. I find it odd that you are making assertions yet you don't even own the amp. Not right of you to bad mouth them because of that. Are you just trolling? Give it a break. Support was very professional and solved my problem.

@gary_hutchings Their support was excellent. Got me up and running in no time. You don't even own the amp. The assertions you are making are wrong. Go troll elsewhere.

How do you actually contact support? The Contact Support link is broken. My Spark is currently bricked because of that update.
