My headphone jack quit working om my Spark amp. The support team stayed right with me by email until we determined that I should send it back. I gave it to FedEx on Friday and my new replacement came today, exactly one week later! The cool thing about it is that they never told me the replacement had shipped, just to please be patient. So I was very surprised to see it show up today. Thank you, Rhon, Ayla and Faye. Like I told you, you guys and gals ROCK!!!

@tolbert5963 Very good to hear it. After reading all the stories on the Better Business Bureau website, I needed to hear a positive "Grid" support story.
They need to change their whole tone with customers that have issues, it is refreshing to see that you were treated well.
Maybe this will be the start of change
