Useless Hendrix Amps

Can PG please get the new (Locked)Hendrix amps I am not interested in, off the amp list? The push to get us to purchase it is irritating.

@jonrdamesr As much as I love the software, when it works, I hate the endless spam.. I don't want to be hard sold every time I open my program.
Seeing the locked items in my application just pisses me off..
I have already spent as much on this software I have have my main amp..
Their number one priority should be to change their product naming scheme. When you buy the "Elite" anything, you expect to get everything, not be constantly upsold on "Expansions". As I pointed out in another post, this is the problem with Positive Grid, they are in the "SELL! SELL! SELL!, NEW! NEW! NEW!!!" mode only.
They are destroying their business by failing to take care of what they have already sold.
FOCUS ON MAKING WHAT YOU SELL WORK!!!! Stop focusing on "New Features, new services, "
BUG FIXES PEOPLE! Fix what you sold, stop trying to hard sell us more.
If you can't get rid of your support teams egos, get rid of your support team.. Not like they are doing us much good anyway, functioning like they are now.

WTF? How did my $200+ plugin suddenly become Hendrix Demo Software? Maybe in the next update you can add a non-removable PG desktop background to my computer that rotates new ads every few minutes. This is the kind of trash that makes me want to go back to Amplitube...
Please fix this!

@jonrdamesr I've went through the procedure of resettling the Spark to factory conditions. Interestingly, it didn't reset to the version it came with. The firmware version remained at 126.96.36.199 but J.H. presets are gone now.

@marekjp Are you on Windows 10? AISO4ALL drivers have helped some. There seems to be an issue with PG's AISO drivers. Trying a different USB3 port and cable are other trouble shooting steps. I have heard about turning off antivirus(Do at your own risk).. Hope this helps..

thank goodness, I thought it was only me that didn't like the Hendix hard sell. It will stop me ever buying another Positive Grid product and I certainly can't recommend it to anyone now.
