I’m having problems installing “BIAS_FX_2_Mac_VST_AU_Plugin_v2_4_0_6160” in logic as a plugin. I’ve got other plugins that work fine and Logic is stable and preforms well on my computer.

      Here is what I’ve tried.

      1. I run the installer and it said that it was successful.
      2. Restart my Mac
      3. Open Logic / Plug-in manager and BIAS does not show up on the manufactures list or Plugin list
      4. I’ve tried deleting the “com.apple.audiounits.cache” file and repeat step 2) and get the same result as step 3)
      5. I’ve tried removing the "BIAS FX 2.vst” from the HD/Library/Audio/Plug-ins/Components folder, restart the computer, launch Logic, then replace the .vst files and repeat step 2) and get the same result as step 3)

Let me know if you have anything else I can try.

@lydiaharve15 I've fixed the problem but it had nothing to do with BIAS. For some reason my components folder was read only: "Library / Audio / Plugins / Components /" I deleted the folder and made a new folder with the same name. That fixed my problem.

          Best of luck to you
